» Billing and Accounting

Cash or credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and Diners Club) is the standard accepted and
agreed upon payment method.
- A 20% gratuity which is calculated on the base
fare, wait time and any additional stops will be itemized
on the customers billing statement when applicable.
- Any additional charges will be itemized on the customer's
billing statement when applicable such as round trip
tolls, parking, early morning surcharges and holiday
surcharges.
- All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed
in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.
- Due to fluctuation in currency exchange rates, all US
dollar equivalents of international rates may vary.
- Airport greeters may be requested for an additional fee.
» Cancellation Policy
Sedans
A cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost including STC and 20% gratuity
will be charged for any cancellation that is made less than two (2) hours before
the scheduled pick up time. All out of state pick-ups require four (4) hours
notice. A 'no show' fee equal to the base fare plus 20% gratuity, STC surcharge
and any applicable wait time fee will be charged when the passenger fails
to arrive at the designated location.

To avoid being billed as a no-show, please do not leave your location
without communicating with our company. When cancelling your vehicle, please
be sure to get a cancellation number from our reservationist. Cancellations
without associated cancellation numbers will not be honored. Limousine Service
of Westchester is not responsible for passenger flights that are missed or
any other incident that results in failure to comply with the required cancellation
policy.
SUV's
SUV's must be cancelled more than six (6) hours prior to scheduled
pickup time. Cancellation of SUV's with less than six (6) hours notice will
be charged the vehicle hourly minimum which is four (4) hours.
Motor Coaches
Motor Coaches must be cancelled more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled
pickup time. Cancellation of motor coaches with less than 72 hours notice will
be charged the vehicle hourly minimum which is five (5) hours.
Vans and Minibuses
Vans and Minibuses must be cancelled more than forty-eight (48) hours prior
to scheduled pickup time. Cancellation of vans/minibuses with less than 48 hours
notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum which is five (5) hours.
» Rate Estimate
A rate estimate is the rate presented to you prior to your trip. This
estimate is an initial estimate of the cost of service as reserved.
Wait time, extra stops or additional services may change the final price.
» Garage to Garage
Garage-to-garage charges are calculated by applying our applicable hourly
rate beginning from the time the chauffeur departs the garage to begin
service and continues through such time the chauffeur concludes service
and returns to the garage. There is a minimum of thirty (30) minutes travel
time each way for the reserved vehicle.
» Wait Time
For all point-to-point reservations, a fifteen-minute (15) grace period
is given before wait time charges begin. After 15 minutes, wait time charges
are accrued in quarter hour increments, based on the vehicle's hourly rate.
Limousine Service of Westchester is able to monitor all commercial flights,
therefore a thirty minute (30) grace period is allowed on all domestic
arrivals and sixty (60) minutes on all international arrivals. After the
grace period, wait time charges are accrued in fifteen-minute (15) increments,
based on the vehicle's hourly rate.
We do not charge for flight diversions or cancellations that are beyond
customer's control.
Passenger requested stops en-route during a point-to-point reservation
will be charged at $20.00 per stop.
For all passenger requested stops off route during a point-to-point reservation,
charges will revert to the prevailing Limousine Service of Westchester
hourly rate.
» Early Morning Surcharge
Trips that are scheduled for pickup between 12:00am and 5:59am will incur
an additional $20.00 flat fee for the driver.
» Holiday Surcharges
A $25.00 holiday surcharge will be charged for all trips occurring on
Christmas Eve after 5 pm, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve after 5 pm, New
Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day.
This additional surcharge will be added for the driver.
» STC Surcharge
STC is a surcharge based upon various overhead expense items, some of
which may not relate to the specific trip. Currently our STC is a flat
$11.00; this fee is subject to change without notice.
» Special Events and Group Travel (Vans, Minibuses and Motorcoaches)
Limousine Service of Westchester bills all vans, minibuses and motorcoaches
at the associated hourly rate.
Special event and group travel vehicles are billed from garage-to-garage.
Garage-to-garage charges are calculated by applying our applicable hourly
rate beginning from the time the chauffeur departs the garage to begin
service and continues through such time the chauffeur concludes service
and returns to the garage. There is a minimum of thirty (30) minutes travel
time each way for the reserved vehicle. Fractions of an hour are rounded
to next half-hour.
» Other
- Limousine Service of Westchester shall not be liable for
circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to
weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
- Limousine Service of Westchester assumes no responsibility
for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any
items left in the vehicle. Customers will be subject to any shipping or
delivery fees associated with returning the items.
- For safety reasons of providing age and weight
appropriate equipment, Limousine Service of Westchester does not provide
child safety or booster seats. Parents and guardians of children traveling
in our vehicles are responsible for providing and installing child safety
seats in accordance with state and federal laws.
