anticipated arrival. Our automated system will track your flight and we
will be informed of any delays or gate changes. However, should you change
your flight plans for any reason, we ask that you call us at 877-878-LIMO
as soon as possible to give us your new carrier, flight number, arrival
time and destination.

A cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost including STC and 20%
gratuity will be charged for any cancellation that is made less than two
(2) hours before the scheduled pick up time. All out-of-state pick-ups
require four (4) hours notice. A 'no show' fee equal to the base fare plus
20% gratuity and any applicable wait time fee will be charged when the
passenger fails to arrive at the designated location. If you cannot locate
your driver please call 877.878.LIMO or 914-592-8534. To avoid being billed
as a no-show, please do not to leave your location without communicating
with our company. When cancelling your vehicle, please be sure to get a
cancellation number from our reservationist. Cancellations without associated
cancellation numbers will not be honored. Limousine Service of Westchester
is not responsible for passenger flights that are missed or any other incident
that results in failure to comply with the required cancellation policy.
