Reservationist/Customer Service Representative
Do you love talking on the phone, looking for a challenging job?
Then this position is for you. We are currently seeking enthusiastic
and motivated individuals who can take us to an even higher level
of customer service. To succeed, you must enjoy the challenge
of interacting with people over the phone and exceeding customer
expectations. The right candidate should have a minimum of 2 years
customer service, reservations or call center experience reflected
on their resume. If you have no experience but the willingness
to learn and are driven we will train you! This position is a
full-time opportunity. Candidate must be available to work weekends.
Our idea candidate possesses, but is not limited, to the following:
- Responding to customer requests for ground
transportation service by telephone, e-mail and/or fax
- Convert telephone inquiries into reservations,
maintaining acceptable performance statistics and acceptable
level of errors
- Provide customer with price quotes and answering
inquiries
- Provide customers with travel time from point
A to point B
- Planning travel arrangements and assisting
customers with any changes and/or cancellations
Professional Qualifications:
- Must be energetic and willing to learn
- Must be able to communicate in a positive,
respectful and upbeat manner
- Must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Computer skills: Google maps, data entry,
etc.
- Must have excellent communication and problem-solving
skills
- Demonstrated working experience using Microsoft
Office (word and Excel)
- Must be detail oriented and fast learner
- Must have excellent communication and problem-solving
skills
- Must be able to read, speak and write in
English clearly
- Good listening skills
- Must be Punctual, reliable and flexible
- Must be able to read, speak and write in
English clearly
- Corporate-high profile customer service experience
is a plus
