Overnight Dispatcher

Dispatchers are the heart and soul of our organization. You will be responsible for assuring the safe, efficient, and smooth operation of both our fleet and driver staff. Dispatchers must be proactive self-starters, able to work well independently and make quick, critical decisions in a very fast-paced environment

This is “a full time overnight/weekend position”. You must be reliable, punctual and good at solving problems. Experience is a plus but we will train qualified candidates.

Job Duties:

• Tracking all Inbound and outbound flights
• Driver wake up calls
• Trip pre-planning
• Driver and vehicle status
• Fielding customer calls for both DLC and LSW (reservations and rate inquiries)
• Process ride closeouts
• Following overnight mechanical breakdown procedures
• Making sure drivers have all vehicle amenities
